This beautiful Villa is situated in the Maremma plain, ca 4 km away from the medieval village Montepescali, and not far from the long sand beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia (20 km). The house is in a quiet position, in the midst of olive groves and fields, with a charming view on the surrounding chain of hills. In the neighbouring area there are just few houses. In the nearest village Braccagni (1 km) you can find postal office, bank, bakery, grocer’s shop and restaurants. Grosseto is 15 km away, Roselle and its Etruscan archaeological site 12 km and the Accesa Lake 25 km.
