The Poggio Rossino holiday farm is a simple agricultural tourism facility immersed in a typical country-style context, located in Maremma Toscana, in the township of Gavorrano, approximately 17 km from the seashore of Castiglione delle Pescaia and equidistant from Grosseto as Follonica.

The holiday farm, at the foot of medieval villages Ravi, Caldana and Giuncarico, puts the large outdoor barbecue and woodstove as well as its well furnished pergola for outdoor dining at the disposal of all its guests. Upon request, Signora Lucia will gladly prepare large breakfasts and delicious meals for you.

The holiday farm offers 4 carefully renovated flats with natural gas central heating and air conditioning: Glicine (Wisteria), Mimosa, Oleandro (Oleander) and Magnolia.

Glicine: two-room flat on the ground floor with separate entrance onto living room with kitchenette ( 4 burners, exhaust fan, no oven, typical stone sink), television, hallway leading to master bedroom and bath complete with shower.

Mimosa: two-room flat on the ground floor with separate entrance onto living room with kitchenette (4 burners, exhaust fan, no oven, typical stone sink), couch-bed for 2, television, hallway leading to master bedroom and bath complete with shower.

Oleandro: three-room apartment on the ground floor with separate entrance onto living room with kitchenette (4 burners, exhaust fan, no oven, typical stone sink), couch-bed for 2, television, hallway leading to master bedroom, an additional double bedroom and bath complete with shower.

Magnolia:  first floor (approximately 80 square metres): entrance onto  spacious living room with fireplace and double couch-bed, dinette and kitchenette (4 burners, exhaust fan, oven, refrigerator and freezer), master bedroom with bath without shower plus single bedroom with full bath.

One or more cots can be added to any apartment, especially in Magnolia.

High and Low season Rates: Our rates range from a minimum of  €. 380,00 per week for Glicine (2 persons)  in low season to a maximum of €. 950,00 per week for Magnolia (5 persons) in peak season
