The Poggio all’Olivo holiday farm  rises 4 kilometres from the shore of Maremma Toscana on a hill from which the entire gulf of Follonica can be admired in all its beauty.

Recently renovated (May 2006), this facility puts three flats at the disposal of its guests: the Germano and Girasole (Sunflower) on the ground floor and Gabbiano (Sea gull) on the first floor with a separate entrance through an outdoor spiral staircase.

Each flat includes a colour television set, a common laundry area, reserved parking and common barbecue space.

Germano

The flat called Germano is located on the ground floor with a view of the sea. It has a portico and a garden overlooking the plains near Follonica. It is made up of an entrance onto a spacious living room with kitchenette and double couch-bed, master bedroom and twin bed, bath complete with shower. Can comfortably accommodate 3 – 5 people.

Girasole

The flat called Girasole (sunflower) is also located on the ground floor and offers a splendid view. It is made up of an entrance onto a specious living room with kitchenette and double couch-bed, bedroom with canopied double bed plus a twin bed, bath complete with shower. Can comfortably accommodate 3 – 5 people.

Gabbiano

The flat called Gabbiano (sea gull) is located on the first floor and includes a very large terrace overlooking the gulf of Follonica. It is made up of an entrance onto a living-cooking area, master bedroom plus twin bed and bath complete with shower. Can comfortably accommodate 3 people.

There is a playground outdoors for children up to 3 years of age, our dog and chickens are often found there. We also care for our olive grove, vineyard and vegetable garden and offer our guests a 10% discount on pizzeria and gastronomy items on the menu at our family’s roasted goods store.

How to get here:

From the North:

Exit S.S. 1 Aurelia (Rosignano Civitavecchia) at Floonica Nord and continue south for approximately 1 kilometre until you reach the sign for Poggio all’Olivo on your left.

From the South:

Exit S.S. 1 Aurelia (Rosignano Civitavecchia) at Follonica Est and continue north for approximately 4 kilometres until you  reach the sign for Poggio all’Olivo on your right.
