The PODERE GHIRLANDA is a typical Tuscan farmhouse dating back to the mid 19th century that has recently been skillfully renovated to host you during your holiday in Maremma! Located in Ghirlanda, a small village only 4 kilometres from the old town centre of Massa Marittima and only 15 minutes from Follonica. It offers five splendid flats, a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, areas dedicated to total relaxation with gazebo and a barbecue area. The five flats that sleep 4 to 6 people are located in the farmhouse, they feature hand-worked terracotta floors, poor art antique furniture, fully equipped kitchen, bath and shower as well as satellite TV.

Flats:

Flat A – sleeps 4: comfortable 2-room flat located on the ground floor with living room with fireplace, double couch-bed and kitchen, bath and master bedroom. The flat comes with a large terrace.

Flat B – sleeps 6: this three-room flat with separate entrance is distributed on 2 floors with living room with double couch bed and comfortable kitchenette on the ground floor. The master bedroom, a double bedroom and bath with shower are located on the upper floor.

Flat C – sleeps 6: three-room flat with separate entrance is distributed on two floors. On the first floor: living room with double couch-bed and comfortable kitchenette, on the second floor a master bedroom, a double bedroom and bath with shower.

Flat D – sleeps 4: this two-room flat is located on the first floor and offers a spacious living room with couch-bed and kitchenette, a master bedroom and bath with shower.

Flat E – sleeps 6: three-room flat located on the second floor with living room complete with couch-bed and kitchenette, master bedroom and bath with shower.

Prices vary from a minimum of €300.00 per week in Low Season (flat D) to a maximum of €800.00 (apartment B). There is a grocery store in Ghirlanda that sells all necessary items.

Podere Ghirlanda is located at the foot of the medieval village of Massa Marittima that proudly displays one of Italy’s most beautiful piazzas where tourists can discover art and culture o simply stroll down the main avenue and breathe in the atmosphere and flair so typical to the Maremma region. Furthermore, its geographical position allows its guests to easily reach the seashore and many other interesting locations.
