More information: The “Il Poderino” holiday farm is immersed in the Maremma Toscana countryside, on the plains only about 6 km from Grosseto and the Marina di Grosseto shore. The military airport is also close by. Once a week visitors can admire the “fighter aircrafts” in formation.
The farm is completely enclosed and guests will find a lovely swimming pool, 2 comfortable apartments that feature a safe, television jack, barbecue, wide open spaces, covered parking, private entrance and access to the cycle track for Grosseto and Marina di Grosseto.
The hospitality of Luciano and Donatella in this small paradise will offer you a peaceful and carefree holiday. Guests will also find a playground and two barbecue grills at their disposal along with the possibility of renting bicycles at a shop that will deliver your bikes to your apartment.
Facilities: “Il Granaio” (the Barn) (2+2) u nder the portico, facing the pool: two-room flat with entrance onto the kitchen (small refrigerator, 4 burners, table for 6,no oven, no dishwasher). Includes bunk beds, master bedroom, with chair-bed, bath with shower, screened windows, safe, television jack and furnished veranda for a meal outdoors.
“La Vite” (the Grapevine) (2+1) master bedroom with chair-bed, bath with shower, screened windows, safe, television jack and furnished veranda for a meal outdoors; adjoined to the Barn.
“Il Girasole” (the Sunflower) (2+2+1) two-room flat, facing the garden entrance, bunk bed, kichen (small refrigerator, 4 burners, table for 6, no oven), master bedroom with chair-bed, bath with shower stall, screened windows, safe, private pergola furnished for an outdoor meal.
High and Low Season rates:
From a minimum of € 240,00 (bedroom in Low season) to a maximum of € 790,00 (two room flat in High season)
No security deposit is requested and rates include initial and final cleaning; unfortunately we cannot accept house pets and linens are not provided.
In winter months, heating causes additional consumption.
