In the recently renovated rooms of the Fattoria del Baccinello, bedrooms and flats furnished in traditional Tuscan style will welcome you and offer you a holiday dedicated to the flavours of a traditional cuisine and relaxation.
An oasis of peace immersed in the greenery of Maremma, the Fattoria del Baccinello is an ancient residence that has been completely renovated while maintaining the marvelous peculiarities of the original structure.
Today it is arranged to host you in flats or bedrooms at the heart of a land filled with a tradition of fine foods and wines.
La Fattoria has 6 bedrooms complete with private bath and 6 flats. All of which are characterized by typical paintings of Tuscan “lands of Siena” that offer an elegant sense of welcome. The hospitality is proud of its attention to detail in order to offer the very best to its guests.
Bedroom are located in the main house and the flats are found in two separate buildings; surrounded by a large garden and olive grove, la Fattoria has been tastefully furnished with an elegant interpretation of typical Tuscan décor.
The facility also has a large pool and area dedicated to your relaxation as well as a restaurant set up for indoor and outdoor dining.

The Restaurant
The fine food and wine alone would make a vacation in Maremma worth the while.
You can discover the flavours and fragrances of typical Maremma Toscana cuisine at the Fattoria del Baccinello with simple recipes of ancient tradtion, prepared exclusively with ingredients of the highest quality from the nearby countryside.
Our restaurant proposes delicate dishes of meat, game, fish, soups, homemade pasta (tagliatelle, tagliolini, gnocchi and tortelli) as well as well-known snacks like bruschetta flavoured with Tuscan extra virgin olive oil.
Let’s not forget the wines from the area, wines from Maremma vineyards number 8 DOC quality assurance labels and numerous IGT classifications as well as an ancient tradition that, according to some experts, could date as far back as Etruscan times.
Some of the DOC wines featured at Baccinello (area of Montecucco, Morellino di Scansano) such wines can be found as Bianco di Pittigliano (white), il Rosso di Sovana (red), Capalbio DOC, Monteregio di Massa Marittima along with many Chianti and other Tuscan wines.
