This holiday farm is located in the lovely Tuscan region at the feet of two hills – Talamone and Talamonaccio – facing the sea in the Fonteblanda district of the township of Orbetello. It is a very panoramic corner of peace and enchantment where our guests can fully enjoy the wild beauty of Maremma.

An estate of a big landowner in the past, it was handed over to the Maremma region and, after a land reclamation, purchased by the current proprietors. The structure’s land as well as the residential areas have been recently renovated in order to offer guests  pleasant and comfortable holiday accommodations.

The holiday farm’s hospitality puts 8 flats at guests’ disposal (sleeping a total of 18), all of which are entirely renovated and complete with all comforts.

The ROSMARINO (Rosemary), CORBEZZOLO (strawberry), SALVIA (sage), GINEPRO (juniper), GINESTRA (broom) and MIRTO (myrtle) flats are distributed around the veranda. They are all two-room flats that include master bedroom and living room with couch-bed and kitchenette. (Approximately 40 square metres in size). Sleeps 4.      

The remaining flats, the LECCIO (holm oak) and SICOMORO (sycamore) are made up of living room with couch-bed and kitchenette plus 2 bedrooms – 1 of which is a master bedroom and the other a single – sleeps 6.

The flats include air conditioning, television, internet connection and a common laundry area. Each facility offers an inimitable view of the sea on the cape of Argentario.

Its geographic position, an authentic crossroads between Maremma’s most beautiful and significant areas, allows guests to easily reach nearby( a few kilometers) tourist destinations such as the Parco dell’Uccellina, Alberese, Talamone, Porto Santo Stefano, Capalbio, the Monte Argentario and the thermal baths at Saturnia.

The holiday farm will offer the curious traveler multifaceted glimpses and viewpoints of the surrounding Nature: well tilled fields and gardens that produce some of the tastiest typical products of the region, the intricate Mediterranean scrub and the vineyards that spread from the swimming pool towards the sea on  the horizon with an ideal flair.

The holiday farm produces IGT guaranteed quality olive oil and is a member of the Cantina Cooperativa del Morellino di Scansano (Morellino di Scansano Wine Cellar Cooperative).

Guests of the holiday farm can also take advantage of our panoramic swimming pool (16x9m) overlooking the shore, located by the flats. The woods on the property can be reached within 500 metres, offering many paths to walk upon immersed in the beauty of nature.

Weekly rental rates range from a minimum of euros 496,00 for three people in Low-season to a maximum of euros 825,00 for six people in Mid-season.
