The holiday farm “Villa Teresa”, a  part of the “Fattoria Coliberto” farm, which has been producing wines and oils for years, is located in the upper Maremma area, near the Lago dell’Accesa lake  (which can be swum in) and Centro Carapax (European Center for the safeguard of Turtles), 5 km from the city of Massa Marittima, close to the seashore, golf courses and a stone’s throw from medieval villages.

The holiday farm rises on a hill immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrubs; the vineyards, lovely olive and pine groves surrounding it put the finishing touches on this corner of paradise.

Maremma Toscana is a place of rare beauty, where the soil is red, the hills rolling, the colours  vibrant, the fields tidy and all this beauty is framed by an atmosphere of  wild nature, as wild as the scrub itself. Every season this area will offer you different colours and pleasures and the countryside will invite you to take long walks.

You will feel completely at home in Maremma and at our holiday farm, where you can spend some time resting pleasantly which is worth more than any average holiday.

You can also taste and purchase wines produced on the farm.

At the disposal of guests: a 6x12 metre pool open from May 30th to August 30th; barbecue area.

House pets are welcome if well trained.

Guided tours on mountain bike are available.    

Flats:

Six terraced flats within the farm are available with a spacious outdoor common area including a pool and barbecue. All flats are air conditioned.

Thesan:  Two-room flat (35 square metres) on the ground floor, living room with double couch bed, closet kitchen (2 burners, sink and freezer), satellite television, a master/ double bedroom, bath with shower and exhaust fan; private, furnished outdoor area.

Aurora: two-room flat (35 square metres) on the ground floor with living room, double couch-bed, closet kitchen (2 burners, sink and freezer), satellite television, a master/ double bedroom, bath with shower and exhaust fan; private, furnished outdoor area.

Teresa: Corner one-room flat (20 square metres) on the ground floor with living room, double bed, closet kitchen (2 burners, sink and freezer), satellite television, bathroom with shower and window, private, furnished outdoor portico.

Coliberto: Corner one-room flat (20 square metres) on the ground floor with living room, double bed, closet kitchen (2 burners, sink and freezer), satellite television, bathroom with shower and window, private, furnished outdoor portico.  

Laran: separate one-room flat (32 square metres) on the ground floor with king size bed  and couch-bed, closet kitchen (2 burners, sink and freezer), satellite television, bathroom with shower and window, private, furnished outdoor area.

Holiday Home Villa Claudia:

ground floor: entrance, spacious living room/ dinette with television, fireplace with access to private garden with barbecue, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, 5 burners and sink) with access to garden with private gazebo, 1 bathroom with shower and window;

first floor: 1 double/master bedroom (loft) with couch-bed and bath with tub, bidet, window, 1 master bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, a double bath with tub.

Washer, air conditioning in double bedrooms.

Spacious portico and private furnished garden (2,000 square metres) with barbecue. Maid service daily for bedrooms, baths and living room. Central heating. All windows are screened. Additional beds possible.

High and Low season rates:

Prices vary from a minimum of € 319,00 per week in low season (Coliberto flat) to a maximum of

€ 694,00 per week in high season.
